I’m a product of a small family business myself. I know how hard my parents worked to make their restaurant successful. 18-hour days. 363 days a year. 16 years of our lives. My parents missed our graduations. We never went on family vacations. My parents are now retired, and they often look back to regret missing us grow up. The worst part is my mom won’t stop apologizing. Heartbreaking, isn’t it?

I’ve seen the challenges and difficulties of owning and running small and medium-sized businesses. Had they hired a Business Coach to provide them guidance, support, and accountability, my parents’ success would have included time to share in our significant youth moments.
